Veritas’ world-renown wine cellar includes an unprecedented selection of Bordeaux, Burgundy and Châteauneuf-du-Pape.
Head Sommelier Rubén Sanz Ramiro, Sommelier Alexandria Cubbage and Sommelier Tristan Prat-Vincent oversee the 75,000-bottle inventory and a list with over 3,000 selections. The restaurant draws its reserve wines from the private cellars of Veritas founder and partner Park B. Smith.
